Is your product included in this recall?

This voluntary recall involves certain Boon Flair and all Flair Elite Highchairs as detailed below. The recalled Flair Elite highchair is Model No. B751 and the Flair Highchairs are model numbers: B701, B702, B703, B704, B706, B707, B708, B709, B716, B717, B718, B731, B10147, B11068, B11069, and B11401. The highchairs were sold at Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Toys ‘R’ Us, and other stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, and BedBathAndBeyond.com. The Flair Elite was sold from 2008 to 2009 for about $380. The Flair models were sold from January 2008 through February 2021 for between $230 and $250.

How do I know that what I have is recalled?

Only a Boon Flair and Flair Elite Highchairs manufactured by TOMY International before September 2016 are being recalled. The recalled highchairs can be identified by the manufacturing date code printed on a label located under the base of the highchair.

How to find and convert the date code on your highchair:

Model Number and Date Code Label on Underside of Base – Month, Day, Year Date Code Format (MDDYY)

Model Number and Date Code Label on Underside of Base – Year, Month, Day Date Code Format (YYMMDD)

How to order your repair kit

If you have determined that you own the affected Boon Flair or Flair Elite Highchairs, please immediately stop use of the highchair. You can order your repair kit by completing a simple online form.

  1. Order your repair kit.
  2. We will email you confirmation that we have received your request.
  3. Please allow 4-6 weeks after you complete your request for us to ship your repair.
