Is your product included in this recall?

This voluntary recall involves only the Lamaze Munching Max Toys manufactured by TOMY International as detailed below. These were sold at major toy stores and online from May, 2016 through June, 2017.

How do I know that what I have is recalled?

All Lamaze Munching Max Toys manufactured by TOMY International are being recalled. The toys are green and blue with a white clip.

Each toy should have a tag indicating

1. TOMY
2. Lamaze
3. Item Number of "L27578"

How to order your replacement item

If you have determined that you own the affected Munching Max, please immediately take the recalled stuffed animal away from children and keep for return to TOMY International. All consumers returning affected product will receive both a similar product replacement and a TOMY online store coupon.

1. Create a request for your desired replacement and note the reference number assigned.
2. We will email you a shipping label, please use this label to return your product. Include a copy of your Request Confirmation with your package
3. Once we receive it, we will send you both the replacement item and an additional one-time use coupon code for 40% off that can be applied towards any future Lamaze purchase at our online store www.tomy.com. Note the one-time use coupon code is limited to one per household.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after we receive your returned item(s) to receive your replacement item(s)
