What product is being recalled?

This voluntary recall applies to all Boon Pink Tie Dye NURSH® Silicone Bottle 3-Packs which were sold exclusively at Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com from November 2025 through May 2026. Approximately 40,000 units were affected.

Why is it being recalled?

The hard plastic outer shell can bubble or partially peel off, resulting in loose pieces of film-like plastic that pose a choking hazard to consumers.

Are any of the other Baby Bottles part of the recall?

No, only the Pink Tie Dye Boon NURSH® 8 oz Reusable Baby Bottles, which were sold in a package of 3, exclusively at Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com from November 2025 through May 2026, are part of the recall. There is no issue with the other Baby Bottles, which can continue to be used.

What is the remedy?

You can choose either a replacement set of three bottles in a different color not subject to the recall or a $22 USD credit for use at booninc.com. Do not return the item to the store.

Should children stop using Baby Bottles?

Consumers should discontinue use immediately and children should not use any of the Pink Tie Dye Boon NURSH® 8 oz Reusable Baby Bottles. We will endeavor to send you the replacement bottles or store credit as soon as possible to minimize the impact. We appreciate your patience and support.

Can I choose the color of the replacement bottles?

No, unfortunately, in order to ensure prompt replacement of the recalled bottles, we are not able to allow consumers to select replacement colors. The replacements will be in a similar color to the recalled pink tie dye bottles.

I don't have the receipt for my Baby Bottles -- can I still be registered for the recall?

Yes, you can register for the recall regardless of proof of purchase. You will, however, be required to submit a photograph of the Baby Bottles with the word "RECALL" written on them and certify that the Baby Bottles have been disposed of prior to receiving the replacement Baby Bottles or store credit.

How do I get the replacement bottles or credit?

Please go to our website - https://us.tomy.com and click on “Product Recalls” at the top of the page; or via direct link at https://recall.tomy.com/nursh, to register and participate in the recall. There are full instructions that will lead you through the process.

Can I take my Baby Bottles to the store to get a refund?

Our retail partner is participating in the recall that was agreed upon with the CPSC and will be unable to provide a refund as a remedy for this recall.

What are the terms and conditions of the $22 store credit?

The $22 store credit will be provided to affected consumers in the form of a code that may only be used on the booninc.com website. The store credit must be entered at checkout. No tax and no shipping will be charged on orders $22 or less. The code is a single use credit and any unused portion of the $22 store credit will be expired after first use.

How long will it take to get my replacement bottles or store credit?

Our process has been set up and we are working very hard to fulfill all orders. We are currently shipping orders within 4 to 6 weeks of the registration processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

I sent you all my information xx days ago, and I have not received anything back. What is the status?

What if I live outside of the United States?

If you own the recalled Baby Bottles and reside outside of the United States, please e-mail TOMY customer service at cs@tomy.com.

How does TOMY know that the replacement bottles will solve the problem?

The replacement bottles have undergone comprehensive testing and validation. These efforts give us a very high degree of assurance that the replacement bottles will meet all our performance and quality specifications.

Your online process only allows me to claim replacement for five sets of bottles. What if I have more than five?
