How to order your replacement NURSH® 3-pack in a solid color or a request a refund in the form of a store credit for $22
If you have determined that you own a Boon Pink Tie Dye NURSH® Silicone Bottle 3-Pack, please immediately stop use of the product.
In order to qualify for either the replacement 3-pack or store credit, you must submit a photograph of your affected NURSH® bottles with “RECALL” written on them and certify that the bottles have been disposed of.
Once you have submitted a photograph and certified disposal, you will be given the option to choose whether you would like to receive a replacement 3-pack or store credit.
We will email you confirmation that we have received your request.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after you complete your request for us to ship your replacement 3-pack or send you store credit.
