The affected products were sold online, including on Target.com, Amazon.com and Babylist.com. PIVOT™ was sold from December 2022 to June 2026 for a retail price of $149.99. Approximately 106,000 units were sold (including about 2,100 units sold in Canada and 403 sold in Europe/Middle East).

Is my toddler tower part of the recall?

The recall applies to all Boon PIVOT™ Collapsible Toddler Towers.

Why is it being recalled?

The towers can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over and fall hazards.

What is the remedy?

The remedy is a free repair kit consisting of weighted stabilizers, four screws, four nuts, and written instructions for completing the repair. Do not return the item to the store.

Should children stop using affected toddler tower?

Consumers should discontinue use immediately and children should not use the toddler tower until you have received the free repair and followed the written instructions to make the repair. We will endeavor to send you the repair kit as soon as possible to minimize the impact. We appreciate your patience and support.

Can I register for the recall if I don’t have the receipt for my PIVOT™?

Yes, you can register for the recall regardless of proof of purchase.

How do I get a repair kit to make the repair?

Please go to our website - https://us.tomy.com and click on “Product Recalls” at the top of the page, then select the Boon PIVOT Recall; or via direct link at https://recall.tomy.com/pivot, to register and participate in the recall. There are full instructions that will lead you through the process.

How long will it take to get my repair kit?

Our process has been set up and we are working very hard to fulfill all orders. You will receive an email confirmation once your kit ships. We will endeavor to ship orders within 4 weeks.

How does TOMY know that the repair kit will solve the problem?

The repair kit has undergone comprehensive testing and validation. These efforts give us a very high degree of assurance that the repair will meet all our performance and quality specifications. However, the product should be inspected before use to ensure that the repair kit is not loose and installed properly.

What if I live outside of the United States or Canada?

Your online process only allows me to claim replacement for five repair kits. What if I have more than five?
