This voluntary recall involves only the Lamaze Chill Teether manufactured by TOMY International as detailed below. This is a teething item filled with water and can be refrigerated for added comfort These were sold at major toy stores and online between 7/2020 and 11/2022.

How do I know that what I have is recalled?

Only a specific series of the Lamaze Chill Teether manufactured by TOMY International is being recalled. The recalled teethers can be identified by item number Y5288L, UPC 071463052882 and production codes E1920ALP01 and K1920ALP01. Both item number and production code can be found directly on the back of product and packaging. Only the teethers with E1920ALP01 and K1920ALP01 production codes are included in this recall.

How to order your replacement item

If you have determined that you own the affected Lamaze Chill Teether, please immediately take the recalled teether away from children and keep the item for proof of purchase. All affected consumers will receive a replacement toy of similar value after completing a simple online form and upload an image of their recalled teether.
