(Oak Brook, Illinois – June 4, 2026) Boon, a brand of TOMY International, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling its Boon NURSH® Silicone Bottle 8 oz. 3-Packs in Pink Tie Dye due to a potential choking hazard.

This recall is limited to the Pink Tie Dye NURSH® 3-Pack, model B11654, which was sold exclusively at Walmart in the United States. No other NURSH® bottle colors, patterns, sizes, or tie dye SKUs are included in this recall.

The recall is being conducted because plastic on the outer shell of the bottle may peel, posing a potential choking hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Pink Tie Dye NURSH® bottles.

Consumers will be offered their choice of either a replacement NURSH® 3-pack in a solid color or a refund in the form of a store credit for $22. Replacement 3-packs may include Pink Iridescent or Pink, depending on availability. The store credit may be redeemed on booninc.com. Neither sales tax nor shipping cost will be charged to consumers on orders $22 or less.

In order to qualify for either the replacement 3-pack or store credit, you must submit a photograph of your affected NURSH® bottles with “RECALL” written on them and certify that the bottles have been disposed of.
